How Do you get big Expirience?

NavalAceForu	The question is a little wrong, but exactly how do you get Expirience!? I don't know what to do or what battles to look for to try and get expirience for my crew. I played an all welcome game thinking I'd get more points there, helped sink two ships, and ended up gaining around 200 exp for my Z1. I played in a CL/DD match, sunk a DD myself, and got 700 exp. Can someone explain to me how the expirience system works and what will get me higher expirience and what won't? For example, does sinknig a destroyer get more exp then sinknig two frigates? How much exp does a DD get for sinknig a cruiser? Stuff like that. Thanks in advance.

Catski	yeah with op convoy attack means nothing, it all depends on the amount of caps you get. On average a box is worth about 500xp per cap, including bonus for winning round. So 10 box caps = 5000 xp

Pierro	Idid opconv 1 time, i did lie 40K dmg, i had like 100xp ... The point is to get the 1st point ? So a faster ship ? If someone can make it clear ? I really love this game, but xp system bores me a lot :/

sixtycastle	Best opcon game to play to get massive xp is 5 round 15 minute one. I ve played in a couple so far and got like 20k xp. Before anyone asks NO they werent stacked believe it or not everyone stayed. This is best way or a 3 round 20 minute game is good to.

NavalAceForu	Thanks guys, I'll start doing that today. op convoy never really caught my fancy, but if it's worth the exp, then I'll try it out a few times. I'll also join the all welcome games and go for the bigger ships, while trying not to get myself killed... Thanks!

armax1980	There's nothing else to do than sink as many high level ships or spend time in op convoy. I made 3k exp in op convoy once after that I've been on the crappy team and get almost no exp. But with the current exp system it hard to gain much exp anyways.

slingshot	Yeah...Op Convoy is great. Unless you happen to be on the side that doesnt get the first point and then all your teammates start leaving the game. Then its just you and one other DD getting spanked over and over by the other team. Thats great fun there.
