My sympathies man, I can't say I know what this has been like for you, but I do know the devastation something like this can do to you...you just have to keep faith that it will all work out in the end. I know because I fought through some pretty dark stuff and managed to make a good life for my self....I wish you and your family all the best.

wow man and i thought i had a rough life not many people can even relate to my pain and suffering via getting beat up at school nearly every day for 11 years and im still standing just listen to some anti-suicide songs like adams song blink182 or nothing to lose billy talent and u will get through it as long as there are peeps that love u u can do anything that u wana so just push and if u need to just like punch a wall or something

you are one of the only people in the world that i can say and mean "im sorry that sucks" to, just make it through and u will see the light

some advice for ur sister just put it all into perspective as long as there are people in your life that love you you will always make it through because u are better than than that just do it

why do people view going to psychologist or psychiatrists , such a bad thing? it's such a taboo for a lot people in our society . it should be viewed as going to dentist for a check up or a dr. for a routine physical.....i bet if more people did so there wouldn't be as much suicides or drug dependency cases and i'm willing to wager your sister showed some early signs long before, but at least now she is getting the help she needs. as for the grandparents yes it sucks but thats life i lost my favorite uncle 5-6 months ago, but on the other hand on that same month i found out my wife is preg. life goes on.
my parents seperated years ago...again with time all will be healed.......i got college mid-terms all this month.......but i am glad because some where else in the world a ton of other people have it worse than I.

I actually nearly commited suicide at 14...

than I waited 4 fucking years before I went to psychiatrist and I was told I had ADHD and mild depression. Now I take mild doses of Ritalin and Anti-depressants, though to be honest, I got over myself a while ago.

My sympathies though.

My sympathies, my parents divorced when i was 16, i had to help my lil bro every day. I had to cook and clean until my lil bro could help, my mom was walways working from 7 am to 10 pm.... shes a Ph D now so it payed but still some hard years i had.
