Ok...so I got some sailors that I plan to train up as pilots for a future CV someday. Question is what do I do with them once they hit level 25 or so and I am still not high enough for a ship that can use pilots? As far as I can tell the first ship that lets me use pilots is at level 38. I am assuming that once I declare them as rookie pilots I stick 'em in the back of the line until I get to the Northampton which will allow me to have aircraft. Is this how its done?
