keisuke	the only reson to get buldge is if u cant dodge torps easily like if ur in a cl/ca/bb and it only works if u have alot like 40+ but since ur in a dd u dont need any

flamingpanda	what ever you do, u have to max out ur recruits, otherwise,u'll die in the long run

jonah	i used to run with 9" bulge 11" belt i think it was. and eventually lost the bulge to(when nuke torps splash was nerfed) , 2or 3" enuf to soak up one torp. and put it all to belt and deck.

keisuke	no buldge but a minimum ov .3" deck and as much belt as u can fit also read all the posts in the royal navy section
