Servers will go down from 10PM until 12AM Pacific Standard Time tonight. During this
time we will perform routine scheduled maintanence. In addition, these items will be
addressed:

1) Fixed repair cost display and actual repair cost mismatch error.

2) The sailor's ability gauge now displays ability increase range effected by the
number of vets the sailor has.

3) Fixed freezing bug when opening the clan information window with the radioman.
This was caused by incorrect clan information.

4) Fixed the freezing bug when deleting a clan member's ID from Radioman's clan
member ID list.

5) Fixed the freezing bug when deleting a friend's ID from Radioman's friend ID list.

6) The Op Convoy freezing bug has been partially fixed.

7) New, "Crush Enemy CL Fleet" mission has been added.
