I guess there are some guys that don't stop creating topics on suggestions forum, today when I went to look at it I saw only "therattler" topics.
I want to know a thing, is he being a spammer? If not, what do you (team NF) call as a spammer?

That isn't spamming. Most of his suggestions are valid. Like it or not he is safe.
