sagitarii	What gives the BO experience? All of my crewmen are rocketing away except for him.

rebelraider3	mine used to, but now that i got a brooklyn i have cought up to my other sailors and almost a full level ahead of my gunners... i guess its just how well you do in a battle and how many ships you sink

andrew	My BO is always about half a level above my gunners (he's 38, they're 37). My support crew levels slowest, at only level 36. My AA gunners are 28, but I haven't had them on the ship for awhile (was training some new guys).

okeanos	My experience has always been that gunners and BO gain exp at the same rate (assuming they are the same level so they are not suffering different ship penalties).

Chagrin	After a while the speedy gains of the armament sailors will die off and the bridge operator will overtake them. I think this happens around level 25 or so when you reclass the armament sailors as gunners, etc.

alofwar	Generally u want ur gunners to be a few lvls ahead, so u can have better guns on new ships.

Kaeru	Gunners get only gun experience Torpers get torp experience BOs get experience from both. As to what you said now i read it properly.. thats kinda strange. My BOs kill others in exp, especially on the fubu...

Ostil	Just battle experience I suppose. Like you, my Bridge Operator takes more time to level up then my other sailors Be patient and it'll go :) -Ostil-
