Patch 1.290

1. Anti-Alias option will be added in the F10 option panel. This option will provide
advanced graphic during battle.

2. The efficiency of Planesman will increase by 50%.

3. The repair speed nerf of the SS class when they are under water has been
removed.

4. The default maximum number of player entering Blitzkrieg will be set at 36
players.

5. The freezing bug -recieving messages during room creating- has been fixed.

6. France sailors will be able to used on the Allied nation's ship as well as Axis. This
is a bug fix since it did not work same before.
