Attention Seattle Area Fans of NF:

With retail fast approaching this is a very exciting time for Navy Field. As you may
know,
SD EnterNet is a Korean company. We do however have a US office located in
Redmond, WA and
would like to announce a job offering to anyone in the area. We are preferably
looking for
a dedicated NF player who would like to be paid for providing customer service to all
of
our current and future players. The job entitles the following:

--MISSION--

[In-Game Incidents]

Answer community incidents via in-game tools and e-mail

Answer technical incidents or forward them to technical support team

Investigate lost items/account incidents

[Handle and manage the community]

Solve harassment, insults, and racism issues

Help new players learn the game

Follow official and non-official websites and forums to stay informed
about the
community

Handle issues of hacks, stolen accounts, and unfair play

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self motivated with a high level of commitment

A fan of Navy Field that wants to help others

--JOB SPECIFICS--

Must be able to commute to Redmond, WA SD EnterNet Office

Work is 5 hours a day, 2-7PM

Must be able to work weekends

Will be paid an hourly wage
