We have decided to make a compensation event for our players for the loss of game play time through out the last few days. You may understand this current issue did not start from our side, but at final our customers were the victims in this issue, and especially our paying players who had premium subscription during this period. For this we've set a premium subscription event starting on the 14th.
Event period
Non premium users. 14th of Jan. ~ 20th of Jan (1 week)
Premium users. 14th of Jan. ~ 23th of Jan (10 days) -this period is for players who had premium during the lag issue but currently ended.
Players who still have premium will have and additional 10days added instead of the premium event period written above.
- This premium subscription period will not be able to be saved by the sleeping account system.
