After the last patch, there has been reports from players who cannot run NF with
Compatibility mode, since Hackshield is blocking this option. This issue is mostly
known for Win Vista or 7 players, who used to run NF with this mode earlier.

We are currently looking on this issue, but to collect information for this, it would be
very helpful to provide your dxdiag report if you are experiencing trouble regarding
compatibility mode.

*How to send a dxdiag report:
a. Select Start and then the Run command.
b. Type in: "dxdiag" (without quotes) and then press OK
c. After the DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens please select
d. "Save All Information" and create a Text file.
e. Attach the text file to your report.
