No its not new, I have been playing less than 6 months now and the last couples of
days have been the worst for AFk hosts. Yes even some of my Clan brothers have
been at fault. I am unsure how to deal with this and i know mods get stuff reported
all the time but these people need to be reported and maybe a three strikes rule is
in place but something needs to be done.

Also advertisements or spam what ever you want to call it once yeah ok but 3-5
times more is over the top. Mods are trying to stop it but maybe these perpetual
offenders need to be reported with another three strikes and u out rule.
Mods, Please ensure u have really good proof screens shots and at least three to
four witness. Not a kangaroo court(yeah i am Australian).

Cannot blame a crashing host, either hosts that are afk waiting for battle to start.

nothing much can be done

maybe a kind of sound with the notice

cut your losses and find another game or accept the reality that some players thrive
under the umbrella of blatant double standards

I agree, more needs to be done to address the issue. Right now, the only warning a
new host gets is a simple message appearing stating that they are now host. If you
have the game minimized, the new host will obviously miss this info. So perhaps a
loud siren or bell of some sort can be added to inform players not actively ingame to
get back in.

While I agree it is very annoying, how would you deal with the guy who joins a room tabs out and in the mean time
the host leaves making him host. As he didn't go afk while host but can get the blame and ban for it.
