I live in Vancouver and use Telus, and have also been having slow response times from
the NF site and game servers. Today, the connectivity to the website, at least, appears
to have been resolved.

ya i been with them most of the day to figure it out...no luck though

tons of speed tests and such

i have rolled back to restore ive tried other hard drives
ive been to a buddys place to ping nf and made it no problem so it has to do with
the game and our isp programs... perhaps it does relate to hs or something ... i
dunno

everything else works fine except nf related such as game and website

i have been able to log on for a bit but no chat capabilities

i have mentioned i was not the only one and some of us from canada here arent
able to logon...most of us are telus and ive seen a shaw issue too

Been on the phone for about an hour as well.. Something is definitely wrong.

I had to refresh about a dozen times to get this far.
Obese, I'll be on the help section of the TTF website with VanVan as he will handle
the supports tickets with SDE since I have trouble logging in. You can drop in there
if the NF site is a problem.
The game is still playable and you can get chat at times. It just takes a few tries
sometimes.

Well, I was able to log on earlier but chat was still whacked. Also still having some
trouble getting on the site. Anything change for you guys?
