Special thanks to my peeps and homies, who were able to make a 3 vs 16 HA last 45 minutes.

At present the minimum number applies to the point of declaration, not how many
pitch up for the battle, which be a completely separate assessment that would be
considered if a defending fleet complained of time wasting. If a complaint was
received about an inappropriate declaration we would run IP checks to ascertain the
position of the fleet with regard to membership at the point of declaration. Both to
see how many members the fleet had and actually how many of the accounts
associated with the fleet were indeed the same person/people.

The whole HA piece is under consideration with the fleet leaders and any
adjustments to the rules which arise from that will then be made public. If you
believe changes are necessary to the rules then please feed that through your fleet
leader.

Locked for now. Email sent to OP; if he would like it unlocked then it will be.

Everyone here knows that Barehere hates Rehor, so we can take his "objective opinion" (lol) with a
pinch of salt.

Wow... That's all I have to say... Ignorance is bliss... As for Rehor goes, Fawk Fleet
was only toying with you mate, I know this because I am good friends with bellylint,
and I was talking to him over the phone, while they were owning your harbor, I
heard about his uncle, jrbn, waltzing in on your harbor with his skytrains... You did
what you could with what you had, which isnt much... However, since ALL of the
accounts on Fawk fleet aren't owned by their fleet leader, THAT is why they won't be
getting a ban for it... Congrats Fawk fleet on your successful capture of the harbor,
and giving the boot to Rehor.

"Whats the point of bringing 30+ vs a force of less than 5?"

What's the point of bringing 30+ vs no defending force?

Of course there is none, that's why the rule shouldn't apply to rehor, nor FAWK. But,
rehor was banned for bringing less than 30 people, so if vick wants to be consistent, he
has to punish FAWK as well.

Is that a joke barehere? I should go and make a fake fleet with 30 different Storage
accounts(and believe me, I can find enough) and declare on a harbor. I then wouldn't even
bother to show up, but for all intensive purposes, I had a legitimate fleet that attacked
a harbor, the rule is total shit and Vick knows it.

Its an easy fix to this argument guys...
Check the rankings, Fawk has enough members signed to fleet.

The rulings are not based on who shows up but as to how many are signed into the
fleet.
Fawk has bases covered, No Ban required....

Sorry FAWK, I have no personal problem with you guys. I don't want the fleet to get banned or
anything, I just don't like how the rules seem to apply to some people and not to others.

Seems like a Ban is in order. Wished you used common sense the first time Vick?
Stupidity is contagious.

Found it. I decided to leave his whole paragraph intact so all of it is in context with regards to Rehor
and Vick's hypocrisy:

So if someone breaks the rules we should ignore it? I suppose that is okay until it
affects you personally? This is quite simple consistent application of break rules =
action from us to educate the person. If you want to know why the length of suspension
was chosen ask rehor who I explained it to last night and explained why it is actually
very lenient.

"Whats the point of bringing 30+ vs a force of less than 5? "

That's not really the point. It has nothing to do with FAWK, actually.

Someone was banned for declaring an HA and having less than 30 people attack a
harbor. One week later, the same thing happened.

And, I'd be willing to wager all my crews that nobody will be banned because of it.
