How can you get a Le havre? the strasburg sux so hard and people say that ship owns.

With at level crews EBBs are not going to be a whole lot better than their counterparts.
They tend to be a little bit better but its generally not night and day.

The le harvre is a EBB2
which is won by the, prem event which is on the forums.
and the other way is by events held on the servers.
you cannot buy the Ship, nor can you trade it...
