question about crews

guys of nebrasca server.
do you notice that this last days, there is a lot of crew death
like officers, rokies, skilled sailors.
maybe this is the reason why there are no cv on battle

I lose the occasional exp on my scout when it gets shot down. Other then that I haven't
experienced anything worth noting.

I haven't lost a sailor in weeks... its actually better for me now.
I don't usually experience high crew death.

I see an increased rookie death. So no, nothing major that i can see since rookies are
almost free.
