For people that are experiencing constant crashing, the best way to solve it is sending
support tickets so that GMs and Devs can have more information on your specific
settings.

Forum threads will not get this solved for you if the solutions already posted in the
Technical Support section are not working in your case.

I'm with VDUB on this. The number of crashes is stupid. I discontinued my premium because
I thought it was stupid to pay money for a game I can't reliably play.

As for blaming the newer OS.. excepting some initial trouble when HS got added to the
client I've always been able to play with very few crashes in both Vista and now Win 7.
Win 7 actually being as stable as XP used to be for me.

So the company is essentially wants us to downgrade to win xp in order to play this game ?

It IS partly the OS. I use XP and crash 1 in 30.

my operating system like windows 7 is only used by 5 people!
