All TB exp WAS nerfed in one of the retarded sub nerfings.

Kitas, TBs and subs all no longer get personal XP from torps, just shared XP.

cv's get fully shared xp so it doesnt matter which you use.. tb's on some nations are
better than tb's on other nations and it would be more effective to use db's in these
situations..

for example. uk db suck so definately use tb..

and the main thing to remember is all attack in a gb is multiplied based of how much
attack your entire team does. a cv player gets an e qual share of this so dont be shy with
those bombers. the more you can contribute to team attack the better your xp will be if
you win.

All torp ships get shared XP in GB2, whilst even in GB1s they got personal XP, not really
sure why they changed it.

I'm also not sure why low tier ships don't get some kind of XP boost for doing attack.
(although this has always been the case in GBs)

That sounds about right Will. I've noticed the same thing.

GB2

TB = Fully Shared XP
DB = Small XP Boost
FP = Large XP Boost

Normal Rooms

TBs = Large XP Boost
DBs = Medium XP boost, Medium Credit Boost
FPs = No XP Boost, Large credit boost

Acctually, I get more exp with DB's than I do with TB's .... and the strange thing is,
this happens even when I do significantly more damage with the TB's!

I can only assume that in the rush to nerf Sub exp they nerfed all torpedo damage
affecting subs, tbs and asw weapons like depth charges and HH. Ever wondered why you get
terrible exp as a dd/cl when playing the exclusive asw role?

Personally I have 6x 120 UK T2 tb's and can honestly say the exp is noticeably less (they
arn't exp capped yet). Compared to using a much lower tier Soviet CV with dbs. And this is
when I do more damage with the TBs.



I know GB2s arn't the best enviroment to test (difference team attacks and flag win/loss
issues) but it's fairly consistant. I've mentioned this to TNF before in hopes it might
get looked at, sadly to no avail.
