get 2 more fighters roll another new bo and then level your crews up until they are at the
same level as your cv bo... thats all you can do short of magic.

Since they nerfed load time of DB's loading 5 or 6 on each pilot doesn't take that long.
Aslong as your don't intend on playing in fleetwars or HA's with your SN CV, you current
setup is perfect.

5 fighter/3 bomber: is a well balanced setup abit heavier on the fighters but at cv5+
keeping fighters out is important.

6 fighter/2 bomber: Fighter heavy with a couple dbs incase you need to attack.

2 fighter/ 6 bomber: The best setup for an attack CV.

Groups of 3 are important for DBs because to be most effective you will want to use your
full launch capacity and get them out quickly. For fighters it isnt exactly needed to use
your whole capacity unless you have to deal with superior fighters.

Anyway I would suggest atleast 6 of each pilot type so you can use whatever setup you feel
like.

Currently,MN Bombers are the best,HOWEVER,they're gonna get nerfed when the MN
Balance patch is patched to the live servers,and SN DB's will be getting a buff to
SLIGHTLY better than IJN (Which was the best before MN came) though their pilots will
be better than IJN (AKA More Bomber Ability = Better defense vs AAW and better
Offense vs Other Planes)

More bomberwhores but overall they are about the same quality of poorness

Level the pilots on a AA Ship,you'll also get lots of experts,which in turn,you can
sacrifice to get vets (Only Recommended if you have premium,if not you should wait for
a event)

Best way to get your pilots at a higher level than your BO,toss them on a Moltke (Or
whatever nation CA you have) and farm the crap out of the noob CV's (I Hear Kaiser
CV's are on average even worse than the one's we have here on Nebraska)
