I can't trade my level 7 neut

OjamaPeter	when I log-in my first account(yeah I have two account because at my first account I blew it!!) searching for any valuable sailors I found a 12 base engineer so I level it up to level 6 and I can't trade it so I level it up to level 7 and still nothing happens. I have a 50k creds and points though.And I can trade another classed sailors( I actually traded a 2 12base torpdude :P)

Rackling	Yeah there can be 2 reasons for that: 1. You can't trade yellow sailors 2. The sailors must be lvl12 and be classed to the buyers liking or something. GL.

megabstr	they removed neut trading so you have to get it to level 12 AND class the sailor to a nation to trade it
