How about actually making the game about protecting a convoy under attack by the enemy (the Bravo team). Three or five ships (like the retired BB's or new ships or whatever) would have to cross the map. That simple. All boats would respawn except the Convoy ships, which would be slightly overpowered Armor-wise (to make up for the fact that dozens of torps will eventually hit them.

Good idea, bad idea?
