I don't wan't to know the answer to this question***

PONDER THE POSSIBILITY OF SOME COMPUTER GENIOUS DUDE EDITING A CERTAIN FILE AND GETTING
ALL KINDS OF WONDERFUL THINGS FOR HIMSLEF IN NF...

Bringing this to your attention if it's possible :-)

P.S. The players of NF should never end up a gang of cheaters

The better way is probably to hax your connection so that you synch out every game.... lol

man, who would have thought pocket loss can be a good thing :p

Well the open battle.net explilcitly states that the data is stored on the PC.

No serious MMO game (closed battle.net is this for D2) stores character data on your
PC.

I haven't the brains to look either way I also know already that all the files a CXF and
they can't be opened by any Joe Blow as I'm sure youknow! + I was wondering about others+

NF guy for pionting out that YES there are online game sthat store DAT files on your
computer that have your stats in them I was just trying to be a concerned citizen!

Like obst just mentioned, player data is not on your computer but on the server.

What kind of idiot would put an online game's player data on individual computers?
Come on dude.....

Player data is stored on the server, not on your PC, so you cannot edit that.
