just got to level 12 with 4 sailors at that level, proceeded to change all of their
nationalities to german, promoted one to bridge operator and the other three to
armoumants, sold all my ships in busan, went to the hamburg docks, clicked on the
highlighted "new ship" button but i cant buy a ship, it just come up with the message
"this option is currently unavailible" tried logginf in 4 or 5 times and doing this again
over the last couple of days and i still cant buy a ship, help please?
