Have you been... playing... a lot of Op Convoy? Those numbers are frankly pathetic and I
can't see how you could have those numbers at that level unless those gunners have been
rushed without actualyl playing.

Go and play the Retired BB mission. Play it a *lot*.

I've found, on my lvl 53 gunners, I get experts fast on ships like brooklyn and DDX
(at like lvl48 etc). Any ship that can refire fast and hit lots every go is your best bet. I
made shit all experts on my balti, so line shooting brooklyn racks up the Experts for
me. I burned say 100 experts each gunners getting 30 - 30 vets, which are now 22-
30 :(. But I have over 250 experts per gunner :)
