Did the MODs say what it will be converted to?

When this game goes retail Ill take a piece of paper and write team NF on it and flush it down the toilet. WIth this vet conversion rate thats all its gonna be worth.

dude the mods have said this a million times all that stuff will b changed after retail, but hopefully they will change it before retail but i doubt it

Actually it isn't fair. Some people get vets every third try. Some people burn 200 experts before getting a single vet. Fair would be burning 100 experts and getting a guaranteed 10 vets out of it.

The vet system needs to be fixed period - I won't be buying this game unless they fix this problem...it is the stupidest thing I have ever seen. I have burned over 2000 experts on my crew and have had only three successes...I've quit trying to covert as well...its a total waste of time.

on old forum... there were some examples of a perfect 3%...

BUT... TeamNF or a mod said that the guy that made the vet lotto(vet system)
doesnt work at teamNF anymore, so maybe we will never know what are the odds of winning a vet...

the logic that u have a 10% chance is pure garbage, sometimes it takes 3 converts sometimes u can burn 130 exps for no conversions meaning that 10% doesnt even work

i just stopped douing the conversion, not really worth it, you'll burn 50 experts before you make 10 vets who can perfrom as well as 25 experts,
