if he's high enough level....

mostly helps with restore though (so just get another restorer...), AAW stacks but it's useless anyway. i've heard that it has some affect on accuracy but sommertime was the one who first thought that (CHN/HK vets claim it doesn't...but CHN server is a bit different) and he's sorta gone now. so can't prove it really since not many people have high-level seaman.

Do seaman boost your stats enough that you should have one?

or swap the seaman with another restorer...easier to find those anyway
