skewed. (remember 16 inch shells with better range means the iowa never has to
let the stalin get close)

Probably the Iowa, cause of the excellent 16" AP ammo and its superior radar- fire
control which was the best in the world in 1945. Although the Soviet BBs would have
been more heavily armored, in a short range engagement this would favor the
Soviet ships, while in a gunnery duel the Iowa should win.
