JD I have always appreciated your help. THis is more than just the stocking of ships its
more like them (TEAM NF) actually communicating with the players. Also just someone who we
can call that can actually get a problem fixed 24 7 Thats what we should be paying for.

A few small items.

TeamNF can be contacted for emergencies 24/7. I belive this method was used a patch or 2
ago when a hotfix came out several hours later, due to a crash probelm.

I can imagine how you must feel right now, unable to get the next ship due to stock issues
is, i am sure, frustrating. As i said last evening, I will raise this issue again for you.

We see how great customer service is now. I have sent 4 emails to team NF about a stock
issue. However no reply and no stock. I have spoken with numberous moderators and still no
progress. Whos gonna pay for this? You might say it gets better. Well they aight got much
longer before they are thinking about going retail. IF this is the kind of crap we are
gonna deal with COUNT ME OUT. I orginally thought I was gonna play after retail.

Good question! They really do need dedicated Cusomer support mods to restock, reboot the server's, Ect Ect for all times of the day.
