Patch 1.145:

1. Tax system changed.
2. Harbor information window can also be seen by non-Fleet/Squad users.
3. A login button for NF test server has been added.

Let me explain about the test server.
The button for login will show up after today's patch...
but it will allow connections starting next week.
(so, it is effective next week, but since the test server login button is going to show
up after today's patch, I thought I should explain about this)

We are putting up test server for...umm... for testing purposes.
It will be up, when the official servers are down.
It will go down, when the official servers are up.

in this test server...users will receive.

10 times the Experience points.
10 times the Credits.
10 times the points.

in battles.

make sure to SPAM us if anything goes wrong with tonight's patch.
I'll get my beating stick ready.
