Patch 1.146:

1. Change in dividend policy
If a non-fleet/squad member purchases vessel, the occupying fleet receives credits
according to the payout ratio. The payout ratio is determined by the harbor's
productivity.

2. Applied Rate of discount
If a fleet member of occupying fleet purchases vessel, the fleet member will receive
discount. The discount rate is determined by harbor's productivity.

3. Test server button added. (sorry, the test server got delayed for a week)
All users can log into this test server during update period. (when offical servers are
down)

Test server gains 10 times on:
Experience points,
Credits,
and Points.

Please be aware, that Test server can get reset anytime.
The connection will be available after 9th of November.
