Patch 1.154:

1. For HA, Improved Costal defense guns AI.

2. For HA, when the defenders enter the battle room, they are automatically placed
in Bravo team.

3. For GBII, fixed so the users are ready "after" their ship images loading is finished.

4. Fixed bug, where users can't rename "default" Ship names(excludes premium
ships).

5. Fixed Credit/point not refreshing upon sailor creation

6. Fixed ship names not registering. (for re-naming ships)
