Audessy	CV's do get fully shared xp. There's a few ways to boost your xp. Either: A. Shoot down tons of fighters B. DB a lot. 60k+ attack gives a significant boost. C. TB all game. You won't see a real boost in xp until you get around 100k attack.

Monarch	GBII, as far as I know, CVs get fully shared exp.
