QE vs Gnei Range

Please help..
I have the lvl 64 2*15 rp12 L on the QE
and lvl 63 3*11 C/34L on the Gnei
How come I think that my QE hits way further than the Gnei or the AD for that matter???

QE range is close to the BB2 14.96Ls.
11" trips range everything under BB4.
