Theres no 100% proof.Thats why reasons, screenshots etc. will only cause forum fights.
Statistics only, is the best way.

BS is a mostly US-EU fleet with various other members from around the world. Not many if
any spanish/hispanic people as far as I know.

Further to that ARA have an impressive track record however they have yet to face PMW,
Flota Chile, Armada Hispania or Blacksun.

Also Timezones. PMW will probably never attack Hamburg or New York because its too late.
Nor will BS ever probably attack Tokyo or New York because again its too late/early same
too goes for AH. Have yet to see Flota Chile attack anything other than London or Hamburg
but given their timezone an attack on New York is possible but the quality of opposition
around that timezone imho looks weak.

Also at the comment that the latino's control most of the harbors, it's half and half. BS
is made of players from all over the world, a good amount from europe if i recall
correctly, and PMW is a all polish fleet (correct me if i'm wrong)

It's really funny that you posted this rehor because I was just thinking a few hrs ago at
dinner if someone had the entire history of HA's on both servers. It with wins and losses
not exactly how you have it. It was a little more in depth as far as mass crashes and
