You know, I wondered why this post had jumped up so high in replies in a matter of about 10 hours, but now I realize that most of it is because of jace95's spam posts. Could a FM or TNF member please remove these spam posts so that this thread can remain true to the Survey?

When you crash: Upon entering a room, sometimes sitting in harbor, sometimes viewing the Battle areas, and sometimes when loading Navyfield
Type of crash (freeze, crash out of program, have to restart machine, etc):
Upon entering a room: ships appear to never load, can't move ship to open spaces, can't type in chat. To resolve this, I have to open the Task Manager and end the Navyfield application.
Crash when sitting in harbor or viewing Battle areas: Crash to desktop and have to restart the Navyfield process.
Crash when loading Navyfield: Loading screen freezes and spinning Navyfield banner at bottom stops spinning. When this happens I have to open the Task Manager and end the Navyfield application.
Crash to Desktop when loading Navyfield (just happened a few seconds ago - Time Stamp 1:56 PST) : Start to load Navyfield and immediately crash to desktop with a message stating that Navyfield.exe has stopped working.
Upon all types of crashes, when I reload Navyfield it has to download several files to be able to start playing again.
Wired Internet: Yes and No, have tried it on Wired and Wireless with same results.
Do you use alt+tab in order to go to your desktop? If yes, when? Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I have tested alt-tabbing with the game at several different instances but it doesn't replicate the crashing on any normal basis therefore isn't causing the crashes. I had tried alt+tabbing on the log-in screen, when in harbor, when viewing the Battle Areas, while in the Battle Ready room, and during actual battles.
Also, as reference, I can play games such as Starcraft 2, Diablo 2, Minecraft, League of Legends, Hunting Unlimited 4, and other games on any graphics settings without those games lagging or crashing on any instance so I know it is not an issue with my laptop.
