  • make mercenaries in HA bannable

well basically its just not right.

so we should make mercenaries in HA bannable.

edit: like this so much i want this to be the main aspect thanks sait

imple solution to this would be to make the penalty for leaving and re signing with
other fleets increase .. also to charge a monetary fee to the person who dose it.

As an example if you leave your fleet and join a new fleet it costs you the first time
in 2 months 200K and 7 days then if you do it again the amount and time penalty
increases say to 2 weeks and 600K make it so there is a 2 or three month reset
meaning that you have to stay in a fleet or fleet less for this period before it costs
you nothing again to sign.

This way the Merc's will cost more and more and over time be harder to find as their
fees will become to much for the opposing fleets to afford. the costs of a HA will
increase having to pay for guys to not only join the fleet but to declare ...

this will also slow serial fleet jumping on a whim people will think about it more and
do it less.

Regalia is a smaller/midsized fleet in terms of numbers, yet we do not recruit
anybody for HA.

Maybe we should join Jedi for HAs, or vice versa.

The reasons you put up Rogue is why the plan i put forward would work.

If you are in a fleet need to move to another squad what ever and have been in the
squad your moving from over 2 months no penalty

It will only penalise thoughts who in two months continue to jump from one fleet to
the next. It means that the more jumping the more cost the less it will happen.

actually all i want to recommend is an increase to the penalty for leaving a fleet.

i dont care who uses mercs and who doesnt, as it stands right now it is not against the
rules and you are able to do it in the game.

personally i dont feel it is in teh spirit that HA's were intended to be played.

i feel it is meant to be one fleet vs another and not see who can recruit the most players.


the problem right now is we have only a few major fleets that are capable of taking and
holding a harbour on AZ. i'd rather see ideas that would make it possible for more mid
size fleets able to really participate in HA's to keep the game exciting.

please stop the flaming between fleets as i think we all agree .. the game is dying quick
enough without all the in-fighting, so lets work together to come up with solutions to
make the game better!

hypothetically if jedi orp and playmates took their best ha players, Godmode would
be activated.


but wheres the fun in that, its all bout fun, and playing against an equal or greater
team.


hypothetically if there was only one fleet that could hold 2000 members we could all
be one,, oh wait...

Hypothetically, we can solve the problem this way:

When Playmates declares on a FG or South American harbor, Jedi and ORP reflag
under Playmates.

When ORP declares on a FG or South American harbor, Jedi and Playmates reflag
under ORP.

When Jedi declares on a FG or South American harbor, Playmates and ORP reflag
under Jedi.

Playmates, ORP, and Jedi combined = utter defeat and pwnage of any combination
of combined FG and/or South American Fleet(s).


Hypothetically, problem solved.
