When I opened the Navy Launcher and start the game. The HS Logo finishes and then the screen turns black and then I get a error message.

I have try updating the hackshield by deleting update and then HSUpdating.exe. Still didn't work
I uninstall and reinstall the game with the latest download and still didn't work.
(I try everything in run as admin)
I disable firewall and antivirus, still didn't work
End Process Steam and Punkbuster A and B
I have just install Garry Mod for Steam
idk if that have affected navyfield.
I uninstall it, but same problem

Could you maybe give us your system specs? Might help us a bit more figure out what's going on.

Ok first off
Steam and NF dont play nice so exit steam before starting NF.
Make sure the services for PB A & B are off because they will restart in the background.

after you do that try updating HS and see how it goes

I Uninstall Navyfield and Install the latest one (NF1321.exe)
I End Process everything including steam and also close the services for punkbuster a and b
Deleted Update in HShield and reupdated with HSUpdate.exe and autoup.exe
Run all as Administrator
still getting the same error

I found the problem that helped fix it.
I turn off DEP( Data Execution Prevention) for navyfield and after I did that, it worked.
