I am trying to find a list of nation perks that are up to date.  I am new, if you can't tell :P
I have found info on the original nations, US, UK, Japan and Germany, that indicates advantages and disadvantages. 
I can't find anything on France or Russia.
Any help?

UK doesn't necessary have the worst AA. The reloading is slow, sure. But if you actually aim, rather than firing shells all over the place hoping some will actually hit, then UK has the highest damage per shell. This means you can take down an aircraft with just one hit, or multiple aircraft with one volley of shells.

I have played with UK sniper AA and MN machine gun AA, and I have to say that I prefer UK AA a lot more. Just learn to aim.

USN and SN AA suck more than a starving leech. UK have their 5.25'' and their GODLY damage, and the pompoms with their GODLY reload.

first of : ive used monty now for 2 days and i must say the aa on monty is great

and for Mn the Alsace has h39 range tho but its 42 knts is enught to make up for that if u have patience

with km my aa gunners are 1 boosted bad accuracy because random bought gunners but its insanely fast aa with 1-3 shoot all planes but thats with insanely fast firerate tho and i gotta add with the ss4 for km most ive seen has reloaded torps in around 5 seconds....
and with km cvs... to bad theres more cv nations then just usn their fighters are just great with some level 80 t3s can take out some t4's even

The fact you fail to play a nation is far from making it worthless. KM is a good proof of that. Its NF hard mode. But if you master KM, then you'll have be quite hard to take dowb with an H44.

US BBs are either ninja ship, or well rounded between speed damage and range. The monty and sodak are the only ones dominating their tiers in one aspect (firepower and speed respectively).

UK is the easy button. Ships are forgiving, the high per shell damage forgive a lack of accuracy from the player (safe the 14" block guns) and they can tame a beating. They pay this by low to average range and slow speed if armor is used. Some ships have decent SW speeds like the L1.

IJN are fast with high damage and high angles. The decebt speeds still allow them to have an aggressive option with the hangtime. The higher level AA make the SY a master of creating an opportunity and taking it. The drawback is fragile ships and crap supports.

KM use low angle and range advantage to develop a line battle mastery where a good KM battleship will dictate the rythm and use its dynamic range to hit and dodge the incoming hits. They pay this by fragile ships and lower salvo damage.

MN use smaller ship and high enough speeds to rush with powerful salvos concentrated on the bow. Again, they have normally fragile ships (paris and alsace not included) and the less range of their tiers.


SN have powerful high angle guns with the 2nd best range. Their ships are slower and sluggish on the turn with big hitboxes to compensate.
