exactly as the title said the flag was sunk, in fact, the entire team had sunk

and at the end of the battle the screen had just said

Congratulations, you have won the battle

there was NO mention of bonus

It's an uncommon glitch. Your point? Usually happens to me if the flag is last to die and the counter-attack timer doesn't have time to start.
