stupid patch system... 

I install the manual patch and get this
So where is this VC file and how do I fix it?

there is a sticky at the very top of this section... ^ see it up there. "version conflict cant log in" always good to check stickies dude.

Dunno. I gave up..restarted pc then walked away for about ten min or so came back to try launcher one more time and it worked...typical NF is typical.

Arrgh
I did exactly this, and it worked.

reinstalled nf then applied 1323 patch to game version 1323 and it started up fine ( I know.. makes no sense)
