  • You've just got to laugh!

I watch a lot of documentaries, and some are deliberately funny(such as the first example below),while others are accidebtally funny(such as the seconf example below).
These are both genuine real life incidents-believe me,you couldn't make these up!
1.
A couple of men decide to rob a bank.
They go up to the clerk, draw their guns, and demand all the money in the vault.
They hear the sound of several guns being drawn.
Not only was the bank literally right next door to the local FBI headquarters,it was also the FBI's payday!

2.
This was in a documentary about the solving of a murder.
A woman dialled 911,and the following conversation took place:
OPERATOR:Hello,911-what's your emergency?
CALLER:I need you to send someone over right away-I've found the body of a dead woman.
OPERATOR:Is the person conscious?
CALLER:NO,she's dead!

I saw a youtube video where these guys robbed a bank, and got into the getaway car before the cops arrived. The cops jumped out and ran into the bank, guns drawn, and the robbers slipped away unnoticed.
FAIL

Here are some more.

Police in Ireland were looking for a Polish driver (I can't remember the name) who was wanted fo 50 motoring offences,
He had 50 driving licenses, each with a different address and photo.
They were completely baffled, until one of them realised that the driver's name was the Polish for "driving license"!

In Wales, there was a traffic sign in English and Welsh.
Nothing amusing in that?
Well, the English part of the sign read "look left"-the Welsh part translated as "look right"!

Wales again.
A local authority wanted a sign translated into Welsh.
So they emailed a translator, and were delighted with his quick reply.
They made the sign, and put it up in the relevant location.
Then someone who was fluent in Welsh and English pointed out that the sign translated as "Sorry, but I'm away for a few days_I will do your translation as soon as I return"-it was an automated reply!
