I know Navyfield =/= real life but I really feel like making this small point and see who agrees with me.

Bear with me this will sound like a bit of a rant but I'm a naval history enthusiast =P

The Repulse and Renown should be switched in the ship tree. Repulse should be the BB1 and Renown the remodel. This is because HMS Renown was a fully modernised BC with higher angle guns and much better fire control and AA. HMS Repulse was essentially obsolete in WW2.

Also, the Repulse in NF is wearing the camouflage pattern that the real HMS Renown wore in 1942!

Finally, the EBB Haruna (IJN) is wearing the camouflage pattern the real HMS Repulse wore in 1941!!! WTH!?!

Right, let's see who else likes their Naval History and what you think of this =P =P =P

Remember, Navy Field is about as historically accurate as the old Xena and Hercules shows were. =)

Hey, if I can take it as a military historian that this game is incredibly inaccurate so should everyone else :)

I don't mind inaccuracies either for the sake of balance, but I think this can be switched w/o any balance changes.

I think actually the game is surprisingly accurate and detailed all things considered.

I was wondering, from those who played Repulse/Renown, is Repulse harder to hit because of the smaller bridge or is that just a sprite issue that doesn't affect the hitbox?

also, the T-slots on Repulse are a mess, the Renown ones must surely be better for AA work. So even from a game balance point of view it doesn't make sense.
