6-7 engies and 3-4 reps with a good +12 scout.

Take the caio dulio line also.

 

like what i think, if you got no elites +12 works fine too. Go for 12acc/11rel gunner or 12acc/10rel gunner because RM gunner can easily reach reload cap.

Thanks guys. I know I've read somewhere that (for instance with KM), you can get a ton of repair by just running  elite repair gunners as unclassified up to level ~80 then switching them over (and still maxing acc/rel stats). Worth doing with RM?

Also, what's the best stat for scout these days? Back when I left you wanted a max bomber stat for durability, but I think I remember reading back then that they were going to be making the aircraft stat actually matter. Have they done so?

Ok, Nutted up and got elite crew. Got the AD and Cesare 1940. What other EBB should I get with the gift box? Caracciolo 1919 or cesare 1914? Cesare 1914 splits the difference grinding wise b/w the AD and 1940....

Still need to get a scout....

I hope you didn't pick an ebb from the ongoing event, cause the special sailors are by far superior. They come with 15 potential stat and other stats  are all 12, when you class them 30% of its crew will be veterans and 30% will be experts, which means 200+ veterans for support crew.
Besides RM has the Caio dulio (1915) at 75ish which is a very good BB2.5, it's my favorite to troll GB's with. Picking an ebb to skip that ship is a waste of an ebb and the rm (e)bb4 kind of suck compared to the other bb4's.

Scouts use aircraft now btw.

My setup

1 Bo
2 Main gunners (elite acc, or 12/10)
1 secondary gunner (For HH; RM BBs have so many T slots that having 2 is overkill) If I had known I was going to use for for only HH, I would have kept him an unclassed support sailor.
