You are correct, it has no extra gunpower or length.  The other ships in its tier (the Missouri, the H-41, the Clemenceau, and the Stalingrad 1953) are treated in the same way.  The information has always been out there.

The displacements were checked over dozens of times before they were released.  If you have found some type of clear error, I will have a look at it immediately, but I have heard nothing of the sort for the last seven months.

It is not the worst ship ever.  If this belongs at all, it belongs in the RM subforum.

BB5 number of support slots, improved durability, special paintjob.

This is what you gain from the EBB5 Giulio Cesare over the BB4s.

Stop trying to put deck on your RM ships, their ability to fit enough armor was nerfed quite a while back, you should be armoring 0.2 belt and as much bulge as you can fit without losing any speed.

EBB5s will only operate BB4 guns or below. 

Deck will do you no good on RM ships. 

I have had this ship for a long time now the only time it sucked was when my gunners were at level. Now it is a beast when played right. You should spend more time figuring out how to play the ship instead of ranting on it

If the EBB4 or 5 whatever is bad, what do you think of the Regina Margherita RM BB1?

So is the Caraciolo EBB  better than the Giulio Ceaser 1940 EBB?
