For single shells? Yes, probably. It's the second highest salvo after the Charle I think, but with only 9 shells, not 12. But I wouldn't base that on the 2600 damage youve linked, because is only the HE part of the shells damage, the AP part isn't included. Shell would do more like 7,000, not 2,600.

Maybe cos its harder for Charle to land all its shells, not sure really, I know it's spread isnt ideal. P24 half the time get thats tight spread and the 64k salvo is deadly. And I think Amagi beats out QV for damage.

More often then not p24 will have a better salvo then charly just because of that spread. Plus when I get all of the charly shells to hit it does 65-67k hitting an amagi the 65k was a 1 shot the 67k wasn't but pretty close which is pretty much identical to the P24 xD.

personally I feel the P24 has more consistent shell damage which helps :).
