  • Premium Sailor Item issue

I recently bought Premium Sailor from NF store.

Purchases were completed on the NF website and my olives are gone.

However, Premium Sailor items are not in my Item list in the game.

I checked if I picked correct server and exact items.

3 days ago, I sent a ticket and got those manually by GM.

2 days ago, I bought them again and same thing happened.

So far GM has no response to my tickets yet due to weekend I guess?

Does anyone have same problem like me?

Is it only premium sailor item or any other NF store items?

I want your feedback.

It's been all items for me, every purchase has had to be manually placed by GM's. The good news, is

It's cut down on impulse buys, since I have to turn in a ticket, and wait a day for items.

Especially after the vet conversion event.

I just got answered that my premium sailors are placed by GM.

And I don't see them in game.

wow....... they can't just say it is done when it is not done. can they?

It took 3 tickets, for 1 of my purchases.

nub question but people have done it before. Did u purchase "premium sailors" and are checking in the elite sailors section of your items list. Elite sailors are the +13 ability sailors (+16 for pot). And "premium sailors" are boosts, dont get them confused. sorry if this is not your problem. I just have seen people do that mistake before and im not sure how long youve played this game.
