I have two sailors Hero, which option is best for them gunners, repairman, engineers or restorer.

   Ah, what is the best crew to RN. The crew would have to be all elite sailors?

In the matter of the gunners the best option would be Acc. or Rel?

Absolutely not restorers.

Repairers are a waste of a hero sailor as well.

Engies are good, and gunners as well, if you know what you are doing (don't class them on time, and you shouldn't class them acc gunners).

9. BO (Potential/Repair/Restore stats come into play; not a bad choice for some nations which lack repair ability, such as KM..., plus BO cannot be traded anyways)

10. Medic (Potential/Repair/Restore stats come into play; whether to late-class is up to your own preference)

Tietiary choices:
11. Repairer (Class on-time; but it's kind of waste of Hero Sailor because at lv120, the difference between a base-13 repairer and base-14 repairer is 1 to 2 DP/seconds at most)
