Hi guys for some reason when i download the patch for the game and when i tried to play the game it said my account was on sleep mode,
but i never made that change is there anyway to change this...?

i just came back to the game this morning and i havnt had a problem till the game satrted freezing that when i download the patch. i did sent a ticket but all i got back was " why did you chance your account to sleep" when i never did

nx001 is asking you how long you are inactive, if your inactive for so long your account will be put to sleep automatically, to reactivate your account send support ticket...

If it's asleep go to "my account", and wake it up.

if you are "woke up", the sleeping account in the web page will show an unknown time period.
if you are slept, the web page will show the day you started sleeping, and you can un-sleep before sleeping-switch cooldown finished

That's my experience :S
