Paint is one of the worse tool in imaging, paint.net is a basic image tool device that is at least thousand time better than MS Paint. If you want to push further, you can check gimp, inkscape, then go to photoshop if you need the professional grade.

i normally don't do graphics editing; other than, cropping

i haven't had size issues with other imaging projects; so, i don't know whats going on

anyways, the present image is sufficient for my needs
