You know I always try to be open about everything that's going on within the team OP. And you are right about owners not caring, that's been clear for ages now. Also exactly as you said, communication problems also excist because GMs want to promise fixes but with the manpower they have it's hard to keep promises. One setback means a new deadline because overhours are already made.
@Bamaman You are right. We cannot predict those and it will take alot more time to figure all the buggs out.
@Barehere Code fixing is priority. But events are also needed to keep this game alive right now (especially as long as the big bugs are here).
I do not want to rectify the time it takes to, for example, fix HA bug. But when one of the programmers working on the HA bug unexpectedly gets called in for the army, recruiting a good replacement costs time.
I could tell you more things we've been running into but as said I do not want to rectify the wrongs we've made and the delay we have right now.
Limited and qualified manpower is a big issue within the team.
